Benedikte Ranum
Director of Comms & Knowledge Exchange
Originally from Norway, Benedikte has spent more than half of her life in Scotland. Her PhD in English from the University of Stirling followed on from a BA (1st Class Honours) in English Language & Literature from the University of Liverpool. Before joining SAIC as Head of Marketing & Communications in April 2018, she was the Marketing & Communications Manager at Robertson Group.
Benedikte also worked for several years as a freelance translator within the aquaculture sector. As well as a wealth of commercial experience, she has particular strengths in managing complex multi-channel marketing and communications activities, contractor management and copywriting.
