The Scottish Aquaculture Innovation Centre has a remit to connect industry with academia, and to support collaboration. We also play a role in supporting skills development for women and men.

In consultation with people working in research and with women working in companies across the UK industry, SAIC has offered to collate feedback about what forms of support might be of value to promote diversity within the sector.

With this in mind, we are now conducting a short survey. A small volunteer group have already come together, who will consider feedback and well-supported ideas from this survey. They will make recommendations for actions that could be implemented, if there is enough support from amongst the community.

Can you help?

The survey shouldn’t take more than 5-10 minutes. There’s scope to add comments if you wish. All your responses will be held in confidence, although if you offer to help us, we will ask you to tell us who you are, either in the survey or in a separate email. If you have queries about the survey, please contact heather@scottishaquaculture.com

Thank you very much for your feedback, wherever you are!
