Vacancy: Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Fish Health and Aquaculture

The University of Aberdeen’s School of Biological Sciences has a vacancy for a lecturer or senior lecturer in fish health and aquaculture.

This is a permanent academic position available within the University’s fish health research group to complement its established Fish Immunology Research Centre. The University is keen to attract someone with research interests in the broad area of fish health, immunology, genomics and related fields, but could also include other areas such as nutrition and microbiology.

The post would be a great opportunity for someone looking for their first permanent position (lecturer/assistant professor) or a for more established academic (senior Lecturer/associate professor level).

You can find more details about the post via this link.

The closing date is 30th September 2019.

If you have any questions about the post or would like an initial, informal discussion, please contact Professor Samuel A M Martin (01224 272867, sam.martin@abdn.ac.uk, c/o Fish Physiology, Institute of Biological and Environmental Sciences, School of Biological Sciences, University of Aberdeen, Tillydrone Avenue, Aberdeen, AB24 2TZ).
